At Ebabeel, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our valued customers. We understand that sometimes an item might not meet your expectations — and that’s okay. That’s why we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, designed for ease and convenience.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Exchange/return requests will not be accepted if the item shows signs of use or damage.
📦 Return & Exchange Process:

Contact our customer support via WhatsApp to initiate your return or exchange.

Securely repack the item in its original packaging.

Ship the parcel to our warehouse (address provided below).

Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping: All return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Deduction: A flat PKR 200 will be deducted from refund requests to cover processing and logistics.
🔁 Exchange Options:
1. Need a Different Size?
No problem! Just return the original item as per instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch the correct size (subject to availability) within 4–6 business days.
2. Want a Different Product Instead?
If you’d like to exchange your purchase for another item from our store:

Return the original item.

Let us know your preferred replacement.

We’ll ship the alternate product(s) upon receipt and inspection of the returned item (subject to availability).
💸 Return & Refund Policy:
1. Unhappy with Your Purchase?
If you’re not satisfied and wish to return the product for a refund:

Return the item to our warehouse.

Upon inspection, we’ll issue a cash refund via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash (minus PKR 200 processing fee).
2. Important Note:

According to international manufacturing standards, a 1-inch size variation is tolerable.

Refunds take 5–7 working days to process once the product is received and approved.
